FAQs from organizers

Our long experience gives us the comfort to successfully complete even the events which take place under adverse conditions, such as events at remote geographic destinations, events with limited resources or low budget. Our mission is to treat each of our clients as unique, devoting them time and our undivided attention.
A travel agency, a conference center, a hotel or a PR officer cannot cover the whole range of works needed to a complete conference or event organizing. A PCO, however, specializes in every aspect of the organization and coordination, with full responsibility for budgetary control and liaising, where necessary, with all other suppliers, including those listed above.
The PCO does not assume full control. The organizer is the one who maintains complete control of the Congress. Originally, the PCO discusses the purposes and objectives of the event with the organizer. Basically, however, the organizer makes the critical decisions, while the PCO exercises an advisory and operational role. The organizer is still responsible for the content of the program, but the PCO can provide full administrative and technical support.
The services of a PCO can undoubtedly save money and energy for the organizer, because they incorporate all costs of logistics services, produce income through sponsorships and ensure the delicate balance between costs – quality.
