FAQs from participants

Through the online registration system, which you can find in the Online Services on our website. Select the Register to the conference link, fill out the form with accurate information. After you make sure that your details are correct click Send. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided on the registration form.
Conference registrations cannot be accepted over the telephone. You should send us your registration form online by repeating the abovementioned procedure or send us a fax by filling out the registration form which can be downloaded from the Register to the conference link to: +30 2310 801454.
Through the online abstract submission system that can be found in the Online Services of our website. Click the Abstract Submission Form link, fill in the form with your details and after making sure that your details are correct and you have attached your document according to instructions, click Send. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided on the submission form.
You may submit more than one abstracts for the same conference, provided that each abstract is under a different title.
The contents of the abstracts cannot be changed. After submission of an abstract, changes are not allowed.
In order to submit an abstract at least one of the authors has to pay for his/her registration, otherwise the abstract will be rejected.
Registration costs vary according to the conference and the participant’s specialty. On the welcome page of the website www.medevents.gr is a list of all upcoming conferences organized by Medevents.gr. In each conference you can find the respective pricelist.
Registration is valid exclusively for the person whose personal details were submitted.
